Abstract
We demonstrate highly selective for 5Â ppb Cl2, with faster response times (18Â s), higher base-line stabilities (<5% drift), enhanced sensitivity (80%) and linear variation of sensitivity (S) in 5-2000Â ppb range using ultrathin cobalt phthalocyanine films.
