Abstract
The number of the alkyl ligands, L (LÂ =Â stearylamine, 4-(dioctadecylamino)pyridine), coordinating to the surface of nanometric metal hexacyanochromate coordination polymers Cr-CN-M (MÂ =Â Ni, Fe) is dependent on the L used, and dominates the magnetic properties relating to the differences in interparticle interaction, crystal system and morphology.
