Abstract
The bilinear indices are applied to predict chem-physical properties of heteroatomic molecules. The obtained models are statistically significant and compares favorably with other methods. These results suggest that bilinear indices are useful to obtain a good estimation of physical, chemical and physicochemical properties for heteroatomic compounds.
