Abstract
The rate constant of electron-hole recombination in the bulk of a rutile TiO2 single crystal (krec = 5 Ã 10â13 cmâ3 sâ1) was more than four orders of magnitude smaller than the diffusion-limited rate constant (krecdiff=1.4Ã10-8cm-3s-1).
