Abstract
The significant intensity in overtones of the nominal NO2 symmetric stretch mode ν12 and the nominal NO2 asymmetric stretch ν8, and their combination bands with other four vibrational modes ν19, ν22, ν17 and ν10 indicates that the initial B-band Franck-Condon region structure dynamics is dominated by the structural motions of the -NO2 and the phenyl ring moieties with respect to the ground state.
