Abstract
Representative conformations of the enterostatin APGPR and VPDPR isomers most populated in water. The evidenced proline residues are in trans (left side of each molecule) and cis (right) conformations. The backbone white, green, red and blue colors indicate non-polar, polar, acidic and basic residues, respectively.
