Abstract
By taking a simple extension into a DN curve based on DNs, i.e., connect the plot (0, 0) to the plot Ï(s1s2) and the plot Ï (sNâ1sN) to the plot (N, 0), a given DNA sequence has a line representation corresponding to it. The figure shows the line representation of the sequence ATGGTGCACC.
