Abstract
When a widely used hypothesis predicts a smooth increase in the electrode charge in the investigated potential region (curve 1) but three in situ experimental methods reveal three good pronounced maxima at close potentials (curves 2-4), it is time to highlight this contradiction and look for the reasons.
