Abstract
Molecular organization of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) thin films deposited at room temperature (30 °C) on quartz and post annealed gold coated quartz substrates have shown significant change in the morphology of CuPc film. The FESEM images show the morphology of gold coated quartz substrates annealed at 750 °C and after deposition of CuPc over it. The substrate effects on the surface morphology, optical properties and the fractal dimension have been discussed.
