Abstract
Ozone is found to exhibit substantial site-selective fragmentation when its fragment ions are collected in coincidence with energy selected electrons. We also observe an increase O2+/O+ production for when the terminal core-hole state is vibrationally excited. This shows the role of the nuclear motion before the Auger decay.
