Abstract
Experimental studies of a new high light scintillator system using metal β-diketonate chemistry are reported and a model advanced to treat the unusual conditions of donor-to-acceptor (D â A) energy transfer with high metal (M) and fluor loadings. Such scintillators, with various M, are of interest to fundamental questions in neutrino physics.
