Abstract
Nonlinear optical absorption of [(C2H5)4N][Ni(dmit)2] has been studied. It was found that reverse saturable absorption for 15 ns while saturable absorption for 1 ns and 40 ps laser pulses, and the saturable absorption for 1 ns laser pulses was stronger. The distinct absorption behaviors depended on different nonlinear mechanisms.
