Abstract
Nonlinear optical absorption of [(C2H5)4N][Ni(dmit)2] has been studied. It was found that reverse saturable absorption for 15Â ns while saturable absorption for 1Â ns and 40Â ps laser pulses, and the saturable absorption for 1Â ns laser pulses was stronger. The distinct absorption behaviors depended on different nonlinear mechanisms.
