Abstract
We studied free neutral clusters of the polar molecule CH3Br to investigate the role of the molecular polarity in the geometric and electronic structures of clusters by photoelectron spectroscopy. The results indicate anti-parallel packing as the cluster local structure. The cluster valence levels preserve the characteristics of the molecular ones.
