Abstract
Pseudocapacitance effects CrOa(OH)b + δH+ + δ eâ â CrOaâδ (OH)b+δ related to the chromium oxide present in hybrid material together with high conducting properties of SWNTs allow building efficient electrodes for supercapacitor. Exceptionally quick charge propagation was observed, doubtless due to the overall physical and textural properties of SWNTs material. Especially, unique conductivity of SWNTs due to their one dimensional electronic structure, texture perfection and ballistic electronic transport enable them to carry high currents (50 A gâ1).
