Abstract
Carbon fibers with different heat treatment temperature (HTT) were used as substrates for nanocrystalline diamond (NCD) deposition by forming NCD/CF composite. The samples were characterized by their morphology and structures using scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Electrochemical response was observed from cyclic voltammetry measurements.
