Abstract
The ultrafast THz photoconductivity of two different semiconductor polymers is compared. Large variations in photo-conductivity and lifetimes of phtogenerated charge carriers are observed, under identical photo-excitation conditions. The differences may be traced to the molecular morphology of the different polymers.
