Abstract
It is found that E2 and lower-frequency modes in the G band Raman line for semiconducting single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs), and the broad and asymmetric feature of the Breit-Wigner-Fano line for metallic SWNTs are drastically suppressed by the DNA-wrapping.
