The complexation of anthracycline antibiotic Daunomycin and vitamin B2 derivative has been investigated by NMR in the presence of a third aromatic molecule, Caffeine. Quantitative analysis of the ternary mixture suggests that the in vivo efficacy of Drug-Vitamin interaction may be modified by the presence of caffeine.
