Abstract
The effects of pressure were examined for the partitioning and rotational correlation time of nitroxide probes, TEMPO and DTBN, in dispersions of a triglyceride membrane (HCO-10). Based on the results, the microscopic properties inside the triglyceride membrane are discussed.
