Abstract
The gas phase reaction of ozone with dimethyl sulfide (DMS) has been studied in our self-made chamber under supposedly pseudo-first-order decay conditions. A value of (1.04 ± 0.21) Ã 10â19 cm3 moleculeâ1 sâ1 for rate constant was obtained under room temperature of about 301 K, which enriched the kinetic data of atmospheric chemistry.
