Abstract
The interaction of curcumin to human serum albumin was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and stopped flow kinetics. Using fluorescence resonance energy transfer, the critical transfer distance between tyrptophan-214 in HSA and curcumin was calculated to be 27.44 Å.
