Abstract
SEM (a) and TEM (b) image of as-produced TeO2 nanoparticles by the O2 microwave-plasma torch-flame. The TeO2 nanoparticles showed near perfect sphere shape in the range of 37.5-340 nm. Also, it was identified from the BET measurement that the TeO2 had a specific surface area of 5.75 m2/g.
