Abstract
Supersonic molecular beam technique combined with high resolution X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was applied to study dissociative adsorption of oxygen on Ru(0 0 0 1) surface. We found that vibrational energy is effective in dissociative adsorption of oxygen on Ru(0 0 0 1) surface.
