Abstract
Supersonic molecular beam technique combined with high resolution X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was applied to study dissociative adsorption of oxygen on Ru(0Â 0Â 0Â 1) surface. We found that vibrational energy is effective in dissociative adsorption of oxygen on Ru(0Â 0Â 0Â 1) surface.
