Abstract
The photoeffects of trapped electrons in partially reduced TiO2 nanoparticles were studied by in situ ESR spectroscopy. The study revealed the preferential electron transfer from the anatase to the rutile phases in the TiO2 (P-25) particles upon illumination with an energy lower than the band gap at 77Â K.
