Abstract
Vaporized plume above commercially available LiAlH4 sample was studied using cavity ringdown spectroscopy, CRDS. Lithium atomic, aluminium ionic transitions, and (0, 0) and (1, 0) molecular bands of the AlH(X-A) electronic transition were observed. Use of the CRDS for the plume studies allow time-of-flight selection of molecules of interest.
