Abstract
In this Letter, we present the first measurements of collision rate constants of the N2(C3Πu, v = 0-4) manifold, i.e. both electronic quenching and vibrational relaxation, by N2 collision, after selective vibrational state excitation, achieved by Optical-Optical Double Resonance-Laser Induced Fluorescence.
