Abstract
Femtosecond optical Kerr effect in lead phthalocyanine doped inorganic-organic hybrid materials has been demonstrated. Time-resolved optical Kerr signal decay experiment shows the ultrafast response process dominating over the decay process and the slow decay process is restrained effectively compared with that for CS2 solution.
