Abstract
Mobile Ag+ ion concentrations in AgI doped borate glasses, obtained from the analysis of the conductivity spectra, are found to be independent of temperature and dependent weakly on AgI doping content, and the conductivity is primarily determined by the hopping rate of the mobile ions which increases with AgI doping content.
