Abstract
The conductivity and viscosity of ionic liquids with acidic counteranion (DMRImH2PO4) depends upon the chainlength of the alkyl(R) group in the imidazolium cation. Polymer electrolytes containing DMEtImH2PO4 show maximum conductivity and are thermally stable up to 225 °C.
