Abstract
The I-V characteristics of as deposited p-Cu2O/i-ZnO/n-ZnO heterojunction solar cells without CN-treatment under the illumination of AM1.5. The open circuit voltage (Voc), short circuit current (Jsc) and conversion efficiency (η) are 0.25 V, 2.8 mA/cm2 and 0.4%, respectively. With 3 min of CN-treatment, the above parameters are changed to 0.26 V, 5.64 mA/cm2 and 0.7%, respectively.
