Abstract
Nano ZnO and ZnO2 powders are prepared by a economic and green method. The average particle size of ZnO2 is 100Â nm. The particle size of ZnO is about 70Â nm, and the shape of the particles is hexagonal. ZnO particle is single-crystal wurtzite structure.
