Abstract
CdSe quantum dots were grafted onto the planar fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) glass (a) and nanostructured SnO2 electrode (b). Optical absorption, photosensitization, and ultrafast carrier dynamics were studied and found to depend strongly on the morphology of the substrates.
