Abstract
A centrosymmetric rectangular complex [Dy4Cu] was prepared and characterized as a single-molecule magnet from the magnetization curves showing hysteresis behavior with magnetization steps. The exchange coupling between the Dy and Cu ions was determined to be â0.64Â K.
