Abstract
We outline 2-D graphical representation of proteins based on a 2-D map of amino acids, which is constructed by considering selective physico-chemical properties of amino acids. The difference diagram of constructed 2-D graphical representations for proteins allow visual inspection of alignment of proteins analogous to previously reported graphical alignment of 1-D representations of proteins.
