Abstract
The uniformly distributed nanometer-scale islands on the surface of PEDOT:PSS layer formed by mild oxygen plasma treatment have been observed and OLEDs with the appropriately treated PEDOT:PSS layer as anode buffer layer exhibited enhanced lifetime and decreased driving voltage.
