Abstract
Results suggest a direct correlation between this method with a standard technique like the fluorescence emission spectra and is measured with the same observable error as in the spectral methods. Further the technique provides a simple and direct handle to evaluate the homogeneity and degree of polarity of protein films on solid surfaces.
