Abstract
- The Xe binding ability of star-like C5Li7+ and super-alkali O2Li5+ clusters has been investigated.
- A series of Li-decorated clusters has also been found to be effective in Xe-binding.
- ÎEpol+ct and ÎEex terms play crucial role in stabilizing such complexes.
- Positively charged Li centers show greater aptitude of binding to Xe than He-Kr.
