Abstract
⺠For SimNn clusters, the lowest energy structures have higher stability near m = n stoichiometry. ⺠The most stable structures for pure Nn clusters contain some N dimmers and one N trimer at most. ⺠Only SiN2 cluster presents the magnetic moment of 2.0μB.
