Abstract
												⺠Ionization of guanine cannot result to the Watson-Crick mispair of DNA base pair. ⺠Ionization of guanine may result in the dissociation of the Hoogsteen base pairs. ⺠The deprotonation from guanine cation affects slightly the hydrogen bonding energy.
