Abstract

âº Shannon entropy and Fisher information as a molecular cluster stability index. âº Shannon entropy and Fisher information related to the binding energies of clusters. âº More sensitivity of Fisher information index to the unreliable local minimas. âº The Fisher information index is more successful than the Shannon entropy index.
