Abstract
⺠Assessment of the conformational preferences of two anti-HIV peptide (T-20) analogues. ⺠T-2042 exhibits a well-defined α-helix in the central part of peptide extending towards the C-terminal end. ⺠T-2036 peptide exists in a rapid equilibrium between partial helical and globular loop and reverse turn conformations.
