Abstract
⺠We developed a new HAXPES endstation at the French synchrotron facility SOLEIL. ⺠The setup is operational for both solid state and gas phase experiments. ⺠Beamline performances allow working in the Auger Raman conditions. ⺠Beamline flux compensates for ionization cross section decrease at high photon energy. ⺠Spectrometer compensates for ionization cross section decrease at high photon energy.
