Abstract
⺠We use X-ray pulses from high-harmonic generation to study element-specific magnetic dynamics. ⺠We elucidate the timescale of the exchange interaction in multi-sublattice magnets. ⺠Ultrafast superdiffusive spin currents induce femtosecond magnetization dynamics.
