Abstract
⺠Electron attenuation investigated by directional elastic peak electron spectroscopy. ⺠Experimental and theoretical data obtained above LEED regime (0.6-1.8 keV). ⺠Anisotropic character of electron attenuation in mono-crystalline metallic samples. ⺠Extra decay in elastic channel due to elastic scatterings at larger angles.
