Abstract
⺠The PCI after electron impact inner shell ionization of argon was studied. ⺠The emitted Auger electrons were detected in coincidence with scattered electrons. ⺠The contribution caused by outer-shell electrons was measured separately. ⺠Particularly the effect of ejected electrons around zero energy was studied. ⺠The effect of resonant Auger electrons was found considerable.
