Abstract
⺠The X-ray spectra of a thick Ti element by 10-25 keV electron impact are obtained. ⺠Measured Ti Kα yields are found to be in good agreement with PWBA theory. ⺠Doubly differential bremsstrahlung yields agree reasonably with MC simulation. ⺠Average value of the ratio Kα/(Kα + Kβ) of Ti is found to be 0.881 ± 0.003.
