Abstract
⺠Knife edge measurement of the STXM 5.3.2.2 beam profile. ⺠Knife edge composed of 60% gold, 20% nickel and 20% hafnium. ⺠The knife edge is a metallic glass and was milled with a focussed ion beam. ⺠The STXM 5.3.2.2 beam profile is asymmetric and is 120-150 nm wide. ⺠The results are consistent with previous measurements by other techniques.
