Abstract
⺠Ultrafast dissociation has been investigated by means of XPS and mass spectrometry. ⺠The interplay between electron relaxation and molecular dynamics is evidenced. ⺠Extension toward polyatomics, clusters, adsorbed molecules is considered. ⺠Quantum effects (spectral hole, angular effects) evidence the molecular field anisotropy.
