Abstract
Pure, Pb2+ and Bi3+ doped Li4SrCa(SiO4)2 materials were prepared by using a conventional solid state reaction. The phase of Li4SrCa(SiO4)2 was determined using the powder XRD. The photoluminescent properties of Pb2+ and Bi3+ doped Li4SrCa(SiO4)2 materials were investigated using a spectrofluorometer at room temperature. The emission bands of Li4SrCa(SiO4)2: Pb2+ and Li4SrCa(SiO4)2: Bi3+ were observed at 290 and 380 nm, respectively. Li4SrCa(SiO4)2 with different Pb2+ and Bi3+ doping concentrations were analyzed at room temperature. The Stokes shifts of Li4SrCa(SiO4)2: Pb2+ and Li4SrCa(SiO4)2: Bi3+ were calculated to be 5678 and 5942 cm−1, respectively.
