Abstract
Using a double-layer CdxHg1âxTe structure, we demonstrate stimulated emission at two wavelengths simultaneously, around 2 μm and around 3 μm under optical excitation by a pulsed Nd:YAG laser at temperatures T=77-150 K. Emission spectra of the structure for various temperatures are presented.
